THE FIT GIRL GUIDE TO GROCERY SHOPPING

Sunday’s are for grocery shopping! That being said, I never go to the market without a list for the sake of saving time as well as ensuring that I don’t give in to temptations at the store. Dedicating time to make a thorough grocery list is key to healthy living! If you’re surrounded by healthy food, you’ll eat healthy food. Here’s what I like to keep my fridge stocked with so that I always have wholesome and nutritious food on hand to cook with and snack on!

 

I always buy organic meat, and I try to buy organic produce as much as I can without blowing my budget. My favorite markets are Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods because both stores have an abundance of organic products and health foods. These are my basic essentials for making breakfast, protein smoothies, snacks, and a proper lunch/dinner that consists of lean protein and vegetables, whether that’s a fresh salad or roasted veggies!

    First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do
    not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself
    and clear your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
    I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first
    10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how
    to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Kudos!
