Breakfast: green smoothie bowl (1/2 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, handful spinach, 1 scoop VegaSport protein powder, 1 tbsp cacao nibs, & 1 cup almond milk blended. Topped with 1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth granola & 1 tbsp goji berries!)

 

Post-workout lunch: 4oz salmon with wilted kale & roasted yams

 

Dinner: Sweetgreen bowl (kale, romaine, chicken breast, lentils, broccoli, avocado)
