RELAX it’s legal! Well, in California at least. To celebrate the legalization of marijuana in my home state, I’ve crafted these delicious grain, dairy, and soy-free brownies that will give you a whole new kind of sugar high.
Sweetened with low glycemic sugars and dark chocolate, these brownies are the perfect guilt-free treat. With 20 grams of THC per brownie, consume responsibility, sit back, relax and enjoy!

Almond Butter Cannabis Brownies

- 1 Kiva Confections bar (I used dark chocolate)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond butter (I used Maranatha raw almond butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 9 inch pan with coconut oil. Melt ½ of the Kiva chocolate bar in the microwave and set aside. In a large borwl, combine all of the dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients, including the melted Kiva chocolate, until thoroughly mixed. In another bowl, Gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and then chop the remaining Kiva bar into small chunks. Mix the Kiva chunks into the batter and then spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake the brownies for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Consume responsibility and enjoy!
